The story of why Pastor Ray McCauley originally founded Rhema Family Churches remains the guiding light of our history, establishing the core values that continue to shape our identity today. Following his profound passing late last year, our entire organization has entered a deeply reflective period dedicated to honouring his incredible lifetime milestone. While we have embraced an exciting new chapter and transitioned to our new name 3C Family Churches, the foundational purpose that drove Pastor Ray to open the door for like-minded churches remains completely unchanged. He built a spiritual bedrock that transcends any corporate title or branding evolution, establishing a network unified in a deep conviction to make a sweeping national impact. Today, we carry forward his original spirit with immense pride under our new identity, ensuring that his visionary goals are fully realized by remaining fiercely committed to being evangelistically potent, spiritually vibrant, prophetically relevant, and socially significant.
