Honouring The Foundational Vision of Pastor Ray McCauley
We honor the founder of Rhema Family Churches, the late Pastor Ray McCauley, and are thankful that he had the foresight and vision to hand the mantle of leading this organisation to the Executive in 2019. We continue his legacy as we undertook to rename the organisation as 3C Family Churches in October 2025. We carry his vision forward by remaining committed to our four core pillars, which have given us a national impact: to be Evangelistically Potent, Spiritually Vibrant, Prophetically Relevant, and Socially Significant.
At the transition, Pastor Bert Pretorius was appointed as the President, and the Executive Board has remained the same, except for Pastor Joshua who stepped down in 2026, while still remaining a member for this year. Furthermore, we are a proud member of the IFCC, where Pastor Bert serves as one of the Executive Leaders (ifcc.co.za). We are also full members of SACOFF, an organisation of which Pastor Bert is the founder (sacoff.org).
